These Terms & Conditions govern your use of palletstudio.in and everything you buy from Pallet Studio. By using the site or placing an order, you accept them. Please read them — they cover orders, payment, delivery, and the limits of our liability.

1. Who we are

Pallet Studio is a handcrafted solid pinewood furniture workshop based in Bengaluru, delivering across Bengaluru & Mysuru. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Pallet Studio.

2. Using this site

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to give us information that is correct, current and complete — name, phone number, email and delivery address — because we can only deliver as well as the details you give us. Please tell us promptly if anything changes after you order.

3. Our products

Every piece is built by hand from solid pinewood. Grain, knots, tone and small dimensional differences vary from piece to piece — that is the nature of the material, not a defect. Photographs and video are as accurate as we can make them, but colours and appearance can look different on your screen depending on your device and its settings.

We may change product descriptions, sizes, finishes or availability at any time without notice, and we may limit quantities.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted only when your payment succeeds and we confirm it — you will receive an order number in your confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is unavailable, if the delivery address is outside our area, or if there is a pricing error), and we will contact you at the email or phone number on the order if we do.

Please check your order carefully before paying. Because pieces are made to order, we may not be able to change or cancel an order once the build has started — see the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Prices, taxes and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and are as displayed at the time you order. Prices, discounts and promotions can change without notice; the price that applies is the one shown when you place the order.

Choose full online payment or cash on delivery (COD) at checkout. COD requires 75% advance payment online to confirm your order, with the remaining 25% payable on delivery. The checkout shows your order total, advance and delivery balance before you pay. Online payments are processed through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking). Your card or UPI details go directly to Razorpay — we never see or store them. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded. Where a refund is due, it is paid back to the original payment method.

Purchases are for your own personal or household use, not for resale or export.

6. Delivery

We deliver to Bengaluru & Mysuru free of charge, via Porter. Orders are made to order and dispatched within 3–7 working days of payment being confirmed, and we call before delivery to confirm a slot. Full details are in the Shipping Policy.

7. Cancellations, damage and returns

We do not accept returns — every piece is made for the order. If a piece arrives damaged or defective, tell us within 6 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full. Cancellations are considered case by case and only before dispatch. The Cancellation & Refund Policy sets out the full process.

8. Assembly and safe use

Our furniture is designed for tool-free assembly and normal domestic use. Please assemble it on a level surface, follow the instructions supplied, and keep to the load the piece is built for. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by incorrect assembly, modification, or use of a piece for something it was not designed for.

9. Our content

The text, photographs, video, product images and design of this site belong to Pallet Studio. You are welcome to share links, and to use our images when talking about us, but please do not copy the site or reuse our content commercially without our written permission.

10. Reviews and feedback

If you send us a review, photo, idea or suggestion, you allow us to use it — on this site, on social media, or in our marketing — without payment, and you confirm it is yours to share and that it is honest. We will not edit a review to change its meaning, and we do not pay for reviews.

11. Third-party services

Some parts of the service are provided by other companies: payments by Razorpay, hosting and storage by Cloudflare, and location lookups by BigDataCloud and ipapi when you use the “use my current location” option. Those services are provided as-is and are also governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for a third-party service being unavailable.

12. Fair use of the site

Please use this site lawfully. You may not attempt to break, overload or interfere with it, scrape or bulk-copy its content or pricing, access it through automated tools that conceal what they are, submit false orders, or use it in a way that harms us or other customers. We may block access, or cancel orders, if these terms are broken.

13. Accuracy of information

Occasionally there may be a typo, an inaccurate price, or out-of-date stock information on the site. We may correct such information, and cancel or adjust an affected order, at any time — including after you have ordered. If we cancel for that reason, anything you paid is refunded in full.

14. Disclaimer

This site and its content are provided on an “as is” basis for general information. We work to keep everything accurate and available, but we do not warrant that the site will always be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every description is free of minor inaccuracy. Nothing here limits your rights under Indian consumer law.

15. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for the piece in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit or loss of use. This does not exclude liability for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Indemnity

If a claim is made against us because you broke these terms, misused the site, or misused a product, you agree to cover the resulting losses and reasonable costs.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time — the current version is always on this page, with the date shown at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes affecting existing orders will be communicated to you directly.

18. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
