Shipping Policy

Every piece is built by us in Bengaluru and delivered through our delivery partner, Porter — the same flat rate wherever you are in the city.

1. Where we deliver

Currently Bengaluru & Mysuru only. If you are outside these two cities, write to us — we will let you know when your area opens up.

2. Delivery charges

Delivery is free across Bengaluru & Mysuru, however many pieces you order — the cost is already included in the price you see. Nothing extra delivery fees to pay on the day, and no handling or fuel charges on top. If you choose COD, only your outstanding order balance is payable on delivery.

3. Dispatch and timelines

Every order is made to order. Once your payment is confirmed we begin the build, and the piece is dispatched within 3–7 working days. Custom sizes and finishes take a little longer — we will tell you the estimate before you pay.

4. Before we arrive

We call you to confirm a delivery slot, so please keep the phone number on the order reachable. Someone should be available to receive the piece and show the delivery team where it goes.

5. On arrival

Please inspect the piece with our team while they are still with you. If anything is damaged, point it out and contact us within 6 hours — we replace or refund, free of charge (see the Cancellation & Refund Policy).

6. Assembly

Our beds are designed for tool-free assembly and typically take 15–20 minutes with one person. No carpenter is needed, and the bed breaks down flat again if you move.
