Privacy Policy

Last updated 7 October 2026

This policy explains what we collect when you use palletstudio.in or place an order, why we collect it, and who else sees it. This includes order fulfilment, site security and advertising measurement.

1. What we collect

  • Order details — your name, phone number, email address and delivery address, and what you ordered.
  • Payment confirmation — the payment ID and status from Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
  • Location, only if you ask us to — if you tap “use my current location” at checkout, we receive the coordinates and pincode for that address and attach them to the order so the delivery team can find you. We do not track your location at any other time.
  • Basic technical data — the usual server and security logs from our host (IP address, browser, pages requested), and a cart saved in your own browser so it survives a refresh.

2. Why we collect it

To take payment, build and deliver your order, contact you about it, keep records for tax and accounting, and prevent fraud. We also use the Meta Pixel to measure advertising performance and help show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram, including to people who have visited this site. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Who else sees it

  • Razorpay — payment processing. Your payment details go directly to them.
  • Cloudflare — hosting, storage and security for this site.
  • BigDataCloud and ipapi — a rough, city-level location lookup so we can tell you whether we deliver to you. The lookup runs on any page load, or when you tap the location button; we store the result in your own browser for a short time.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

4. Meta Pixel and browser storage

We use the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms, to report page visits, product views, additions to cart, checkout starts and completed purchases. Purchase events include the payment reference, amount and currency (INR). The Pixel can collect technical information such as your IP address, browser, the page URL and cookie identifiers. Our tracking code does not send your delivery address or card, UPI or bank details to the Pixel.

Meta may use this information to match activity with Facebook or Instagram accounts, measure ad results and personalise ads, including remarketing. The Pixel may set or read cookies in your browser. Meta handles information it receives under its own Privacy Policy.

We also use local browser storage to remember your cart, delivery-area selection and offer eligibility, and session storage for the offer popup and your recent order confirmation.

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits, product views, cart activity, checkout starts and purchases. Purchase events include the payment reference, amount, currency and product details. Google Analytics uses cookies and technical information to measure website activity. It is linked to our Google Ads account to measure advertising conversions. Our analytics events do not include your name, email, phone number, delivery address or card, UPI or bank details. Google processes this information under its Privacy Policy.

5. How long we keep it

Order and payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. If you shared your location at checkout, those coordinates are stored with that order record so we can deliver it and sort out any problem afterwards — they are not used for anything else, and we remove them if you ask us to.

6. Your choices

Write to us to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep. You can also clear the cart stored in your browser at any time by clearing your browser data for this site. You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings and manage personalised advertising through your Meta account ad preferences. Clearing browser data also resets your saved cart and offer preferences.

7. Children

This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, the current version is always on this page with the date at the top.
